People with developmental disabilities are vital and vibrant members of our communities, improving the quality of life for all of us. They are good schoolmates, valuable employees, caring friends and contributing members of our communities.

They live with their natural family, as part of a special family unit in one of Arc BRIDGES’ 29 small group homes, or in their own residence with support from Arc BRIDGES. They work in one of Arc BRIDGES facilities in Crown Point, Gary, Highland and Hobart, or in jobs in the businesses of 121 employers throughout Lake County.

Mentoring Opportunity

"Arc BRIDGES" Mentoring Opportunity for anyone with any type of disability! We have a great opportunity to help individuals get hands on work experience for employment in the community. This program is for a limited time, so please contact us now.

Arc BRIDGES has mentors on staff to assist individuals and their families understand the process to get paid employment. This experience is a direct link to further disability services.

	Client Services Programs received top level CARF accreditation.
	Residential Services provides a home-like setting within the community.
	Supported Living Services Our purpose is to serve individuals in their own home.
	Recreation Services Provides quality programs and services through daily activities.

	Placement and Support offers placement services to residents of Lake County.
	Marketing Department We can be your answer to your light assembly and packaging.
	Sheltered Employment offers work in each of its five workshops.
	Speakers' Bureau We will travel to your facility to provide info on Arc BRIDGES.
