Arc BRIDGES offers work in each of its five workshops. This work is paid based on the prevailing wage for that job in the area. Each worker will receive his proportionate share of this wage based on the amount of work he/she is able to produce. Arc BRIDGES is governed by the Federal Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor. All workers receive training to improve their work skills. If this training produces work for our customers then it is considered on-the-job training and will be paid. If it does not produce work for our customers then it is considered training and will not be paid.
